What about recoil? Won’t my rangefinder be damaged if I mount it to my rifle?
Sightlok RF-1 uses a specialized anti-shock rubber on every surface the rangefinder touches to help isolate and protect from recoil-related damage. While we don’t guarantee every rangefinder will stand up to the recoil of every rifle, here’s a documented test of the mount with the Sig Sauer KILO1000BDX rangefinder versus .308 rifle recoil:
